30-day returns
Changed your mind? Send the item back within 30 days, unused and in its packaging, and we refund the full product price. Return postage is on us if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
12-month warranty
Every product carries a 12-month warranty from the delivery date covering manufacturing and battery faults. Physical damage and water damage outside the stated rating are not covered.
Starting a return
Email info@northwynventures.shop with your order number and a line about the problem. We reply within one working day with a return label or a replacement.
